Health & Safety Update: Regional Workshops 2023  

Each workshop gives an update to keep the extractives industry informed with health & safety issues and good practices.

These workshops are packed with useful sessions for anyone in the mining and quarrying industry.

The workshop will run from 8am to 4pm, with morning tea and lunch provided and costs $150+GST. Each workshop has 8 hours of unrestricted CPD available and covers the following topics:

  • Review of health & safety performance 2022
  • Learning from past incidents
  • Principal hazard management plans for quarries
  • Changing our mindset on fatal hazards and reporting
  • Diversity and respect in the workplace

No certificates will be issued, instead the Eventbrite ticket is sufficient as proof for CPD along with your key learnings.

To register for 2023:

Simply click on the relevant workshop date below. Once in Eventbrite click on the "Tickets" button to register.  Payment by credit card only.  Registrations close 3-4 days prior.
